When an order has been placed, I will contact a courier company within 24 hours to book in a collection. At that point, your details will be passed on so the delivery driver can make contact with you at a later date to arrange a suitable delivery date with you.

Any problems in the meantime, please do feel free to contact me however the couriers I use are experienced and trusted by myself to be polite and also efficient. In the event that I cannot book in one of my regular couriers, I will work hard to find a reputable alternative.

We advise a usual delivery time of between 1 and 2 weeks, however this can vary a little and can sometimes take longer depending on your location.

Please note items are wrapped in a variety of packaging such as bubble wrap or cardboard, sometimes recycled where possible; then covered in heavy duty blankets by the courier before being strapped into the van securely to prevent any movement during transit.

Flexibility will be required when taking delivery of your item. Couriers will often travel to certain areas of the country on specific days and cannot completely tailor the service based on one drop, however they will do their best to be as flexible as they possibly can.

Lastly it is helpful if all doorways and staircases are checked for access. The customer should notify me of any special requirements and additionally if extra assistance is required lifting or moving the piece into a desired room, we will do our best to help, however if 2 men are needed this is likely to cost extra.

Each piece includes the general courier fee for mainland England however, if you live a particularly long distance from regular courier routes or live outside of England, Wales or Scotland there may be an additional fee to pay. Please contact us first before purchasing if this is the case so we can give you an updated courier cost.

You are also welcome to collect free from the studio at B18 6HF.

Although we do our absolute best to protect our pieces, if they are damaged in transit we require full photographs of the piece and packaging as it is received. It is essential that pieces are unpacked before the courier leaves.  Any damage caused by the delivery that is discovered after that point cannot be included in a damages claim.

Please note, all furniture will need to be easily accessible if being collected and will be delivered to the ground floor of your home/workplace.
